   Climacteric (human) menopause in women

   Menopause in women is caused by age-related changes in the body , in which the main role played by the central nervous system and the endocrine glands . In women, menopause usually occurs between the ages of 45 - 50 years. It is associated with the extinction of ovarian hormonal activity and decreased production of the sex hormone estrogen. Accordingly, there is a gradual cessation of menstruation . In menopausal distinguish two phases . 

   1 - premenopausal . During this period, the woman is disturbed rhythm of menstruation : the majority of the intervals between monthly increases and decreases the intensity of bleeding , but some may be and vice versa.

   2 phase of menstruation cease completely , and one year after the last menstrual period talking about menopause. In menopause due to the decrease of calcium in the body increases the risk of osteoporosis . Symptoms. For some women, menopause occurs without pronounced disorders. But sometimes it is complicated for disorders of the nervous , cardiovascular and endocrine systems and is accompanied by irritability, palpitations , anxiety , sleep disturbances , dizziness, hot flashes to the head and face , sweating, migraine , pain in the heart . Climax is often accompanied by dysfunctional uterine bleeding .

                   Climax MEN

   In men, menopause occurs between the ages of 50 - 60 years. By this time, decreases the production of sex hormone testosterone, which leads to violations of the functions of other glands - adrenal, thyroid , pituitary gland . Usually menopause lasts 2 - 4 years . 
   Symptoms. In some cases, may appear heartbeat , increased blood pressure , dizziness , memory loss , insomnia . Dramatically reduced performance. There may be a weakening of potency.

   Traditional methods of treatment: recommended intake of vitamins , tonic mode . In pathological during menopause may require hormonal medications, antidepressants .
